Bought my first pet two years ago and have now accumulated over 20 from wild cargo. What initially caught my attention when I entered the store was the attentive nature of Wyatt and Aaron in assisting me. Since then, we’ve developed a great bond and business relationship. I wish I could rate Wild Cargo higher than five stars, but their service is truly unmatched.

Amazing, Knowledgeable staff, large reptile & backyard bird assortment, and alllll kinds of excellent healthy food/perches etc for whatever you have!! It's a friendly Family Run business for several generations of Caring Knowledgeable folks! * Ask them about Iggy, the Egret who used to hitch a ride from the wetlands to meet up with the kindly mail lady he Knew just delivered a shipment of tasty crickets!! She'd have to Buy him some just to be able to walk out the door he was guarding!! Hand feeding Iggy was always the highlight of her day....mine too!

every single enclosure was bare, dry, and too small for its inhabitants, all the reptiles were overpriced. photo is of a 7 foot redtail boa in a patheticly small enclosure where it barely fits the width of the tank much less the length... plus it stinks like rodent piss and neglect in the store

UPDATE: Since they get so defensive and unprofessional in their responses and can’t take any accountability without having to have an excuse…..People can leave a review the day after going to your location, even weeks after. Even if your open or closed. So yes I was there. Would you like me to go back and record everything? And there are many ways to clean up spiderwebs without using pesticides, you can vacuum them up, use a microfiber duster, also, a vinegar water solution is safe around reptiles. It’s not that difficult. But the dead fish in the tanks? Really? Would you like me to report you to the FDACS? Because after reading other similar reviews and then seeing one where are you defended the fact that snakes having mites is totally normal is actually appalling and should be reported that you’re selling animals infested in mites. Actually let me add reporting you to my schedule for the day. Have a nice day. I’ll give you a heads up to clean up. Not a very clean store. A lot of spider webs everywhere. Reptile enclosures were not the cleanest. They will not let you hold any reptiles because of fear of contamination. I find that odd because I would like to check out a reptile b

Definitely the coolest pet store we've seen! They have an impressive reptile and snakes with lots of tortoises and bearded dragons and other reptiles. They also have a lot of ferrets and rabbits and guinea pigs for adoption and axolotls and fish. And cute baby chickens! And lots of supplies for each.
